A continual service of large skewers of meat including beef, pork, lamb and chicken were spit-roasted over the famous churrasco barbecues and passed from man to man to enjoy.

With no food ordering or waiting at Chamas, you are the one in charge of your whole dining experience. Simply begin your experience with a visit to our freshly prepared gourmet salad bar featuring a variety of quality hot and cold Brazilian dishes.
When you are ready for the meats, simply use the double sided disc provided on your table at your own pace to control the meat service. Turn over to green and this will indicate to our gaucho chefs you are ready for the table-side meat service to begin, whilst the red indicates you would like to stop, or simply have a resting point.
